Common use of Form and Content of Petition by Contractor Clause in Contracts

Form and Content of Petition by Contractor. The Contractor shall present its dispute to the Contract Dispute Resolution Board in the form of a petition, which shall include (i) a brief written statement of the substance of the dispute, the amount of money, if any, claimed, and the reason(s) the Contractor contends the dispute was wrongly decided by the Commissioner; (ii) a copy of the written Decision of the Commissioner, (iii) copies of all materials submitted by the Contractor to the Agency; (iv) a copy of the written decision of the Comptroller, if any, and (v) copies of all correspondence with, or written material submitted by the Contractor, to the Comptroller.
