Common use of Form 10-K Filings Clause in Contracts

Form 10-K Filings. So long as the Transferor is required to file Exchange Act Reports, (i) if the Item 1119 Parties listed on Schedule A have changed since the 20[__]-[_] Closing Date, no later than February 1 of each year, commencing in 20[__], the Transferor shall provide each of the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer with an updated Schedule A setting forth the Item 1119 Parties and (ii) no later than [March 15th] of each year, commencing in 20[__], the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer shall notify the Transferor of any Form 10-K Disclosure Item, together with a description of any such Form 10-K Disclosure Item, in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Transferor.

So long as the Transferor is required to file Exchange Act Reports, (i) if the Item 1119 Parties listed on Schedule A have changed since the 20[__]-[_] 2016-B Closing Date, no later than February 1 of each year, commencing in 20[__]2017, the Transferor shall provide each of the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer with an updated Schedule A setting forth the Item 1119 Parties and (ii) no later than [March 15th] 15th of each year, commencing in 20[__]2017, the Indenture Trustee and the Servicer shall notify the Transferor of any Form 10-K Disclosure Item, together with a description of any such Form 10-K Disclosure Item, Item in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Transferor.
