So long as the Transferor is filing Exchange Act Reports with respect to the Issuer, no later than each Payment Date, the Origination Trustees shall notify the Transferor of any Form 10-D Disclosure Item with respect to the Origination Trustees, together with a description of any such Form 10-D Disclosure Item in form and substance reasonably acceptable to the Transferor.
