Forfeiting of Holiday Pay. Subject to Article 12.02, an employee scheduled to work on a holiday and who does not report shall forfeit her holiday and her holiday pay unless the absence is due to illness confirmed by a doctor’s certificate in which case the employee will receive holiday pay.
