Iran, Sudan and Foreign Terrorist Organizations The Dissemination Agent and the Administrator represent that neither the Dissemination Agent, the Administrator nor any parent company, wholly- or majority-owned subsidiaries, and other affiliates of the Dissemination Agent or the Administrator is a company identified on a list prepared and maintained by the Texas Comptroller of Public Accounts under Section 2252.153 or Section 2270.0201, Texas Government Code, and posted on any of the following pages of such officer’s internet website: xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchasing/docs/sudan-list.pdf, xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchasing/docs/iran-list.pdf, or xxxxx://xxxxxxxxxxx.xxxxx.xxx/purchasing/docs/fto-list.pdf. NO EXCLUDED NATION OR TERRORIST ORGANIZATION CERTIFICATION As required by Chapter 2252 of the Texas Government Code the Contractor must certify that it is not a company engaged in active business operations with Sudan, Iran, or a foreign terrorist organization – specifically, any company identified on a list prepared and maintained by the Texas Comptroller under Texas Government Code §§806.051, 807.051, or 2252.153. (A company that the U.S. Government affirmatively declares to be excluded from its federal sanctions regime relating to Sudan, Iran, or any federal sanctions regime relating to a foreign terrorist organization is not subject to the contract prohibition.)
SENSITIVE FOREIGN NATIONS CONTROLS (a) In connection with any activities in the performance of this Agreement, Xxxxxx agrees to comply with the “Sensitive Foreign Nations Controls” requirements furnished to Seller by Company, relating to those countries, which may from time to time be identified to Seller by written notice as sensitive foreign nations. Seller shall have the right to terminate its performance under this Agreement upon at least 60 days’ prior written notice to Company if Seller determines that it is unable, without substantially interfering with its policies or without adversely impacting its performance, to continue performance of the work under this Agreement as a result of such notification. If Seller elects to terminate performance, the provision of Part 1.13 shall apply.

Although Authorized Users will not affirm employment for immigration purposes, an Authorized User may be asked to confirm Contractor’s statement of the individual’s employment for immigration purposes. Based on RFQ security requirements the Authorized User may require that all staff must be citizens of the United States, and if so, Authorized User will indicate in the RFQ.
designated Trademark Clearinghouse If there is a conflict between the terms and conditions of this Agreement and the Trademark Clearinghouse Requirements, the terms and conditions of this Agreement shall control.
International Olympic Committee; International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement As instructed from time to time by ICANN, the names (including their IDN variants, where applicable) relating to the International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement listed at xxxx://xxx.xxxxx.xxx/en/resources/registries/reserved shall be withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator at the second level within the TLD. Additional International Olympic Committee, International Red Cross and Red Crescent Movement names (including their IDN variants) may be added to the list upon ten (10) calendar days notice from ICANN to Registry Operator. Such names may not be activated in the DNS, and may not be released for registration to any person or entity other than Registry Operator. Upon conclusion of Registry Operator’s designation as operator of the registry for the TLD, all such names withheld from registration or allocated to Registry Operator shall be transferred as specified by ICANN. Registry Operator may self-‐allocate and renew such names without use of an ICANN accredited registrar, which will not be considered Transactions for purposes of Section 6.1 of the Agreement.
Public Entity Crimes A person or affiliate who has been placed on the convicted vendor list following a conviction of a public entity crime may not be awarded or perform work as a contractor, supplier, subcontractor, or consultant under a contract with any public entity in excess of the threshold amount provided in Florida Statutes, Section 287.017 for Category Two for a period of thirty-six (36) months from the date of being placed on the convicted vendor list.
Movement of Natural Persons 1. This Article applies to measures affecting natural persons who are service suppliers of a Party, and natural persons of a Party who are employed by a service supplier of a Party, in respect of the supply of a service.
