Common use of Foreign Currency Calculations Clause in Contracts

Foreign Currency Calculations. (a) For purposes of determining the Dollar Equivalent of any Advance denominated in a Foreign Currency or any related amount, the Administrative Agent shall determine the Exchange Rate as of the date that is two Business Days prior to (or to the extent customary market practice with respect to foreign exchange calculation relating to such currency would require use of a different calculation date, such other period of time on or prior to) the applicable Exchange Rate Date with respect to each Foreign Currency in which any requested or outstanding Advance is denominated and shall apply such Exchange Rates to determine such amount (in each case after giving effect to any Advance to be made or repaid on or prior to the applicable date for such calculation).
