Common use of Foreign Contractor Clause in Contracts

Foreign Contractor. If the Contractor is not domiciled in or registered to do business in the State of Oregon, Contractor shall promptly provide to the Oregon Department of Revenue and the Secretary of State, Corporate Division, all information required by those agencies relative to this Contract. The Contractor shall demonstrate its legal capacity to perform the Work in the State of Oregon prior to executing this Contract.

Foreign Contractor.
