Common use of Foreign Contractor Clause in Contracts

Foreign Contractor. If Contractor is not domiciled in or registered to do business in the State of Oregon, Contractor shall promptly provide to the Oregon Department of Revenue and the Secretary of State, Corporation Division, all information required by those agencies, subject to Oregon applicable law and relative to the Services performed under this Contract. Subject to Oregon applicable law, if Contractor’s Services performed under this Contract qualify as doing business in the State of Oregon, Contractor shall demonstrate its legal capacity to perform these Services in the State of Oregon prior to entering into this Contract.
