Foreign Asset/Account Reporting Notice. The Chilean Internal Revenue Service (“CIRS”) requires all taxpayers to provide information annually regarding: (i) the results of investments held abroad and (ii) any taxes paid abroad which the taxpayers will use as credit against Chilean income tax. The sworn statements disclosing this information (or Formularios) must be submitted electronically through the CIRS website xxx.xxx.xx using Form 1929.
