Foreign Addresses Sample Clauses

The Foreign Addresses clause establishes requirements for providing and maintaining addresses located outside the country relevant to the agreement. Typically, it specifies how parties should communicate when one or more parties have addresses in foreign jurisdictions, including the format for such addresses and any additional information needed for effective delivery. This clause ensures that all parties can reliably send notices or documents internationally, thereby preventing miscommunication or delays due to address-related issues.
