Stats., and as the same may be amended or renumbered from time to time, permitting Mortgagee, upon waiving the right to judgment for deficiency, to hold the foreclosure sale of residential real estate six months after a foreclosure judgment is entered, and to hold the foreclosure sale of commercial real estate three months after a foreclosure judgment is entered.
