Forecast call-off by submission via Dillon Bass’ Procurement Team of a call-off against Dillon Bass’ forecast demand for the relevant quantity of Goods manufactured within the relevant forecast ‘crystallisation period’ (calculated in accordance with Dillon Bass’ forecasting and ordering process); or
