FORCE MAJEURE AND LIMITATION OF SERVICES. L. 1. Definition of Force Majeure: For the purposes of this Agreement, a "Force Majeure Event" shall mean any event beyond the reasonable control of the Agent, including but not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters (including earthquakes, hurricanes, tornadoes, floods, and wildfires), pandemics, epidemics, government- imposed quarantines or travel restrictions, civil unrest, grid power outages, acts of terrorism, war, labor disputes or strikes, or declarations of a state of emergency, that delays or prevents the Agent from fulfilling any of its obligations under this Agreement.
