Common use of FOR TRAVEL Clause in Contracts

FOR TRAVEL. Where an employee is scheduled to receive two (2) assignments in one day over the course of a month she shall be reimbursed by the Employer for the equivalent of one-half of the costs of a monthly pass payable in arrears regardless of whether the worker uses public transportation or her own car. Cab fare will be reimbursed when the home service worker travels from the nearest stop to the client's residence, time distance and/or weather conditions warrant, subject to supervisory approval. A receipt mandatory.
