For Section 4. The Health Insurance and Other Company Paid Fringe Benefits for the Executive shall include: A monthly reimbursement for health insurance, which shall cover all out-of-pocket costs that Executive incurs for health insurance coverage for himself and his dependents. Standard eligibility for 401k will apply, including company matching contributions subject to rules, regulations, and compliance requirements. The Company will allow for complementary regenerative medicine treatments for the Executive and immediate family during the Term of this Agreement, within reason and not to exceed two procedures annually when cost of goods exceed $1,000. The Company will assume and pay for expenses including and related to licensure, professional liability, and continuing education fees, within reason and within the course of normal business.
