Common use of For RNs Clause in Contracts

For RNs. An employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-five cents (95¢) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1430 and 0630. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar ($1.00) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1430 and 0630. Effective July 1, 2023, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and five cents ($1.05) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1430 and 0630.

For RNs. An Effective July 1, 2021 an employee shall be paid a shift premium of ninety-one dollar and five cents (95¢$1.05) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1430 and 0630. Effective July 1, 2022, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and fifteen cents ($1.001.15) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1430 and 0630. Effective July 1, 2023, an employee shall be paid a shift premium of one dollar and five twenty cents ($1.051.20) per hour for each hour worked between the hours of 1430 and 0630.
