For practices. a. The TVS Care Record data is extracted from practices’ clinical systems b. There are two TVS Care Record extract processes for general practice data: i. The main extract runs every 24 hours ii. In addition, and only where specifically enabled by a practice, some specific data items (e.g. problems and medications as well as clinical documentation within Docman) are also accessed in real time via an API between the TVS Care Record and the practice clinical systems. Data flowing with these API transfers is not persisted in the TVS Care Record; c. The extracted data is securely transmitted to the Graphnet CareCentric Azure data repository by means of a tried and proven data extraction and transfer process that is accredited by the GP clinical system suppliers d. Where data has been modified or deleted within the practice clinical system these changes and deletions are reflected within the TVS Care Record data repository e. Where a patient’s processing objection status has changed these changes are also reflected in the update process;
