For IBM. ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇▇▇ Each Party may change its members of the PEC by written notice to the other Party. The PEC will conduct regular meetings on dates and at locations as the members mutually shall determine. Meetings of the PEC may be held in person, by teleconference or by video conference.
