Common use of For Cause Clause in Contracts

For Cause. The Company may terminate Executive's employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.3) by delivery of written notice to Executive specifying the cause or causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 below.

For Cause. The Company may terminate the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.3) Cause by delivery of written notice to the Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes (as defined below) relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 4(a)(2) shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 below.

The Company may terminate Executive's employment under this Agreement at any time for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.3Subsection 4.6(b)) by delivery of written notice to Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 Subsection 4.2(a) shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such two business days after written notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 belowgiven to Executive.

For Cause. The Company may terminate the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.3) Cause by delivery of written notice to the Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 5.1.2 shall effect termination as of the future date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 15 below.

The Company may terminate the Executive's employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.3) by delivery of written notice to the Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 9 below.

The Company may terminate Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement for "Cause" Cause (as defined in Section 4.5.35.2) by delivery of written notice to Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 3.2.2 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 7.3 below.

For Cause. The Company may terminate Executive's employment under this Agreement "for "Causecause" (as defined in Section 4.5.3"For Cause") by delivery of written notice to Executive specifying the cause or causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 4.3 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 9 below.. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 3.2.2 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 7.3 below.

For Cause. The Company may terminate Executive's employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.35.2) by delivery of written notice to Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 3.2.1.2 shall effect termination as of the future date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 10.3 below.

For Cause. The Company may terminate Executive's employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.3) by delivery of written notice to Executive specifying the cause or causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 9 below.

For Cause. The Company may terminate the Executive's employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.34.5.2) by delivery of written notice to the Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 9 below.

Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 4.1(b) shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 11 below.

For Cause. The Company may terminate Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.3) Cause by delivery of written notice to Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes (as defined below) relied upon for such termination. The Company Employer may terminate the Executive's employment under this Agreement for "Cause" (as defined in Section 4.5.313.5.3) by delivery of written notice to the Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 13.1.2 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 14 below.

For Cause. The Company may terminate the Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement for "“Cause" ” (as defined in Section 4.5.3) by delivery of written notice to the Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. The Company may terminate Executive's ’s employment under this Agreement for "Cause" Cause (as defined in Section 4.5.35.2) by delivery of written notice to Executive specifying the cause Cause or causes Causes relied upon for such termination. Any notice of termination given pursuant to this Section 4.1.2 3.2.2 shall effect termination as of the date specified in such notice or, in the event no such date is specified, on the last day of the month in which such notice is delivered or deemed delivered as provided in Section 8 8.4 below.
