Common use of Food and Beverage Inventories Clause in Contracts

Food and Beverage Inventories. All inventory, packaging, supplies, food, beverages, concessions, and other inventories located at any theatre owned or operated by the Company or any of its Subsidiaries (the “Inventories”) (a) are, in all material respects, accurately valued and properly reflected on the Company Financial Statements consistent with past practices, (b) consist, in all material respects, of items of a quality, quantity and condition useable and saleable in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, (c) were acquired and have been maintained in all material respects in the ordinary course of business consistent with past practices, and (d) are not subject to any material write-down or write-off.
