Font Usage Clause Samples
Font Usage. You may use the Font to create images for commercial and non-commercial purposes on any surface such as paper, billboards, T-shirts, and other surfaces without limitation on the print run, provided that the image is a fixed size. You may use the Font for Web pages only in raster formats like PNG, JPG, GIF, etc. You may not use the Font for texts in video formats (e.g. for movie credits) unless you have Additional License that grants you this right, as well as any necessary broadcasting rights. You may not use characters of the Font as part of logo or trademark without Additional License. You may not use the Font to create Web-based texts using the @font-face selector. Such use requires a special Web License.
Font Usage. You are hereby granted a non-exclusive, non-assignable, non-transferable license (subject to all of the terms and conditions of the Agreement) to
(a) embed the Font Software into an iOS, Android or Windows Phone Application, in a secure manner which does not allow an End User to access to the Font Software outside of the Application; and (b) distribute worldwide (subject to the export restric- tions set forth in Section 9 of the Terms and Conditions) such Application to End Users. Authors reserves all rights not expressly granted to you in this Agreement.
Font Usage. You may use the Font for texts on your Web sites using the @font-face selector in CSS files under the condition that you place the information about Font copyright and Brownfox into a source code of your pages in the same way as shown in the sample HTML/CSS/Javascript files provided with the Font. You may not use the Font with Web font technologies other than @font-face, such as sIFR, Cufon, Typeface.js, etc. Such

Font Usage. Web Fonts can be used only for the purpose of processing in which the text on a Subject Website is styled. The supplied files must NOT be installed on other platforms like Desktop and Application. Separate license is required.
