  • PERSONNEL FOLDERS A. An employee shall be entitled to review the contents of his/her official departmental personnel folder at reasonable intervals, upon request, during hours when the office in which records are housed is open for business.   • Setup Merchant will be solely responsible for the installation of such Equipment and any alterations necessary for such installation.   • Configuration Management The Contractor shall maintain a configuration management program, which shall provide for the administrative and functional systems necessary for configuration identification, control, status accounting and reporting, to ensure configuration identity with the UCEU and associated cables produced by the Contractor. The Contractor shall maintain a Contractor approved Configuration Management Plan that complies with ANSI/EIA-649 2011.   • Searchability Offering searchability capabilities on the Directory Services is optional but if offered by the Registry Operator it shall comply with the specification described in this section.
