FOG will. Make the FOG newsletter and website reasonably available to EDLP for promoting activities related to its volunteer projects; • Provide support for EDLP-sponsored programs on a case-by-case basis (subject to FOG Board approval in each instance); • Provide EDLP, consistent with FOG's policy of not turning over to other individuals or organizations its membership lists [unless authorized to do so by the each affected member] with potential contacts of other organizations and individuals that might be helpful in achieving its goals and objectives; • Assist communication with NPCA and serve as a conduit where national affiliate status is necessary; • Promote EDLP's projects as "FOG-affiliated" activities and reference the EDLP projects in appropriate FOG materials, as determined from time to time by FOG's Board. • Assumes no responsibility for third-party relationships that EDLP enters into, including but not limited to the fiscal sponsor FJC.

  • You will (a) provide us on request all information in your agent's possession or control of you or your agents as may be required to be filed or disclosed pursuant to Applicable Law, in each case regarding us, you, the Customer Documents or any Contract, Client Contract; (b) file (within any applicable time periods) such reports, letters and other communications as may be required from time to time by any Regulatory Body relating to you or us, you, the Customer Documents, or any Contract, Client Contract; and (c) send a copy of all such reports referred to in paragraph (b) above to us promptly upon such filing, and we may send a copy of the same to any relevant Exchange, Clearing House member or Broker.

  • We will when making a determination as to whether a situation amounts to a Manifest Error, act fairly towards you but the fact that you may have entered into, or refrained from entering into, a corresponding financial commitment, contract or Transaction in reliance on an Order placed with us (or that you have suffered or may suffer any loss) will not be taken into account by us in determining whether there has been a Manifest Error.

  • Best Efforts/Full-time Executive will expend Executive’s best efforts on behalf of Company, and will abide by all policies and decisions made by Company, as well as all applicable federal, state and local laws, regulations or ordinances. Executive will act in the best interest of Company at all times. Executive shall devote Executive’s full business time and efforts to the performance of Executive’s assigned duties for Company, provided that Executive may continue to serve on the boards of directors of other companies so long as such service is in accordance with the Company’s policies governing such activities.

  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Best Efforts of Employee Employee agrees to perform faithfully, industriously, and to the best of Employee's ability, experience, and talents, all of the duties that may be required by the express and implicit terms of this Agreement, to the reasonable satisfaction of Employer. Such duties shall be provided at such place(s) as the needs, business, or opportunities of the Employer may require from time to time.
