Joint Agreement. The provisions of this Agreement and each document delivered pursuant hereto shall be deemed to be the joint effort of each of the parties hereto and shall not be construed more severely or strictly against any one or more parties.

Joint Agreement. 1. The Agreement may be concluded jointly (“Joint Agreement”) by two, three or four persons (“Joint Holders”). The provisions of this Section 5, as well as the other provisions hereof and the applicable provisions of the Terms and Conditions, shall apply to the Joint Agreement (in such case, the provisions applicable to the Client shall be binding upon all the Joint Holders).

Joint Agreement. Many grievances will be able to be settled by joint agreement between the people involved in the grievance. No records or notes will go on anyone’s personnel file. The person who handled the grievance will write a confidential report. This report will be filed in a confidential grievance filing system within Human Resources. Only senior managers and Human Resources staff will have access to this, and only when necessary.
Joint Agreement. If more than one Owner has accepted this Promissory Note, then we agree with each other and with Libro that we are each and all jointly and severally liable under this Promissory Note.
Joint Agreement. Notwithstanding any contrary provision of this Agreement, the terms and conditions of the Joint Agreement, as now existing or hereafter amended, shall govern the rights and responsibilities of the Partners to the extent of any conflicting provision herein or to the extent any aspect of the Partnership business relationship has not otherwise been addressed herein.
