Focus Points. 11.7.1 A Focus Point for the Site Development Plan is indicated on Map 6 – Pedestrian/Cycle Links of Master Plan No. 14 (Detailed Planning Area Plan – Eastbank/Regatta North) 2001. This Focus Point demonstrates the following: • The focus point within the open space on the public access promenade allows for the public to access a small area abutting the lake and access promenade for passive enjoyment of views of the lake. The area will incorporate substantial fixed seating. • The provision for a possible future jetty facility centred on this focus point as a public landing.
