FOCI and National Security Issues. The Company shall take all actions necessary to obtain and maintain authorization to possess U.S. Government classified and sensitive unclassified information.

FOCI and National Security Issues. The Company shall shall: (i) take all actions necessary to obtain and maintain authorization to possess U.S. Government classified and sensitive unclassified information and (ii) comply with all laws, regulations, directives and orders governing access to, the handling of, and the dissemination of U.S. Government-designated security or protected information (whether classified information, sensitive or controlled unclassified information, or U.S. export controlled information).
