Flow Limitations Sample Clauses

The FLOW LIMITATIONS clause sets specific restrictions on the volume or rate at which a substance, such as water, gas, or electricity, can be delivered or transferred under an agreement. Typically, this clause outlines maximum allowable flow rates or total quantities over a defined period, and may include procedures for monitoring and reporting flow levels. Its core practical function is to prevent overuse or strain on infrastructure, ensure equitable resource allocation, and protect both parties from potential damages or regulatory violations resulting from excessive flow.
