Common use of Florida Residents Clause in Contracts

If You cancel this Contract, return of premium will be based upon ninety (90%) percent of unearned pro-rata premium less any claims that have been paid or less the cost of repairs made on Your behalf. If We cancel this Contract, return of premium will be based upon one hundred (100%) percent of unearned pro- rata premium. The rate charged for this service Contract is not subject to regulation by the Florida Office of Insurance Regulation.
