Floors. All Resilient floors (vinyl, PVC, linoleum, sealed wood) must be stripped and sealed on request, and to the satisfaction and standard set by the Cleaning Services: Building Maintenance Section of the CTMM. Work will be performed outside normal working hours and must be included in the tender price.
