Common use of Flood Hazard Areas Clause in Contracts

Flood Hazard Areas. Except as otherwise identified on the survey delivered pursuant to Section 9(c)(15), no portion of any of the Sites is located in an area identified as a special flood hazard area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or other applicable agency. If any of the Sites is located in an area identified as a special flood hazard area by the Federal Emergency Management Agency or other applicable agency, then flood insurance has been obtained for such Site in accordance with the National Flood Insurance Act of 1968, as amended (in which event, the provisions of Section 12 of the Master Lease shall be applicable to such flood insurance).
