FLIGHT INSTRUCTOR LOADINGS. All employees performing the role of flight instructor either under CASR Part 141, 142 or CAR 217 shall be paid in addition to their base salary and any other applicable loadings, the amount shown in the table below. For any flight instructor that meets ANY of the instructor rating endorsements below, shall be entitled to the category that gives the highest loading for which qualification is held. The qualification must be current for the instructor loading to apply.
