SASPRA CANCELLATION. ‌ Cancellation of the SASRPA must be by mutual agreement between SAS and the SAPIC. Where such agreement cannot be reached, the SASPRA shall remain in effect until the cancellation of this SASPEA. Where the SASPRA is cancelled for whatever reason, only the basic rostering provisions will apply as prescribed by the most restrictive of CASA requirements or the requirements of this Agreement.
