Flex Tours Sample Clauses
The 'Flex Tours' clause establishes the terms under which a customer can modify, reschedule, or cancel their tour bookings with greater flexibility than standard policies allow. Typically, this clause outlines the specific conditions, such as timeframes or fees, under which changes to travel dates, destinations, or participant numbers can be made without incurring significant penalties. Its core practical function is to provide customers with increased adaptability in their travel plans, addressing the common problem of unforeseen changes in schedules or circumstances.
