Common use of Flex Spending Plan for Medical and /or Child Care Expenses Clause in Contracts

Flex Spending Plan for Medical and /or Child Care Expenses. The district will make available a Flex Spending Plan for Medical and/or Child Care expenses in accordance with federal law. The Employer will make known to the Plan Administrator that the parties’ intended use of the Flex Spending Plan is limited to medical and/or child care expenses directly related to the negotiated benefits and programs provided under the terms of the Master Agreement. The plan is not intended to serve as a vehicle to be used by insurance companies and/or other vendors in the general public to gain access to the MPEA membership for purposes of promotion and sale of their products.
