Common use of – FLEX CREDITS Clause in Contracts

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 2019, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 into Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided Benefits. 16 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 2019, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 into the 14 Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided Benefits. 16 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 20192018, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 7,000.80 into the 14 Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in eligible for Board-Provided Benefits. 16 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical and/or 18 illness insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 20192023, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 9,213.60 into the Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided BenefitsBenefits and an additional $4,000.80 annually for each employee who elects to enroll in spouse or dependent coverage. 16 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 20192021, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 8,104.80 into the Flex 14 Credits 13 for each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided Benefits. 16 15 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major 16 medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness 17 insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

Effective April 1, 20192018, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 7,000.80 into Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in eligible for Board-Provided Benefits. 16 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

Effective April 1, 20192021, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 8,104.80 into Flex 14 Credits for 13 each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided Benefits. 16 15 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major 16 medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness 17 insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 20192016, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 6,872.40 into Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in eligible for Board-Provided Benefits. 16 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase of their own 17 major medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness insurance, accident insurance, and/or cancer insurance.

– FLEX CREDITS. Effective April 1, 20192023, the Board shall contribute $7,360.80 9,213.60 15 into Flex 14 Credits for each employee who is enrolled in Board-Provided Benefits.Benefits and 16 an additional $4,000.00 for each employee who elects to enroll in spouse or 17 dependent coverage 16 19 (1) Application: Flex Credits are to be applied by employees toward the purchase 20 of their own 17 major medical insurance, dependent medical insurance, dental 21 insurance, vision insurance, critical 18 illness insurance, accident insurance, and/or 22 cancer insurance.
