The Fleet Service clause defines the terms and conditions under which a service provider will supply maintenance, repair, or management services for a group of vehicles owned or operated by the client. Typically, this clause outlines the scope of services covered, such as routine maintenance, emergency repairs, or vehicle tracking, and may specify which vehicles are included in the fleet. Its core practical function is to ensure that all vehicles in the client's fleet receive consistent and reliable service, thereby minimizing downtime and streamlining the management of multiple vehicles.
Fleet Service. In the event that insufficient employees are obtained through the application of paragraph 21, overtime shall be offered by senior qualified within classifications in the Parks Maintenance Section.
