FLAT FEE & BILLING Sample Clauses
The FLAT FEE & BILLING clause establishes that services will be provided for a predetermined, fixed fee rather than being billed by the hour or by project milestones. This clause typically outlines the total amount due, the payment schedule (such as upfront, in installments, or upon completion), and any conditions under which additional charges may apply. Its core practical function is to provide both parties with cost certainty and transparency, reducing the risk of unexpected expenses and simplifying the billing process.
