Common use of Flagging Clause in Contracts

Flagging. Licensee must make arrangements with CP for such flagging or watchman service as ▇▇ ▇▇▇▇▇ necessary for the protection of railroad traffic. All such flagging and watchman service shall be provided by CP at Licensee’s expense. The fact that CP provides such service shall not relieve Licensee from any liability under this License. CP's labor and material additives are subject to change without notice to Licensee, and CP shall be reimbursed based upon its labor and material additives actually in effect as of the date of such service.
