Flagging. A. Following Licensee's notice to Licensor's Field Representatives required under the "NOTICE OF COMMENCEMENT OF WORK; EMERGENCIES" Section of this Exhibit B, Licensor shall inform Licensee if Safety Measures are required for performance of the work by Licensee or its contractor on Railroad Property. If Safety Measures are required, no work of any kind may be performed by Licensee or its contractor(s) until arrangements for the Safety Measures have been made and scheduled. If no Safety Measures are required, Licensor will give Licensee written authorization to commence work.
