Common use of Fixed terms Clause in Contracts

Fixed terms. If We agree to provide a Service for a fixed term, You agree to pay Us on the date of this contract the amount payable for the whole of that term. Provided that if We allow You to make the payment of that amount by instalments or periodic payments and You pay all instalments when due and are not otherwise is breach of this Agreement, You may continue to pay that amount in the agreed instalments or periodic payments.
