Common use of Fixed Rate of Interest Clause in Contracts

Fixed Rate of Interest. (i) The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding November 21, 2024 at a fixed annual rate of 3.00% payable in semi-annual installments on May 21 and November 21 of each year, with the first interest payment due on May 21, 2018 and the last interest payment due on November 21, 2024.

Fixed Rate of Interest. (i) The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding November 21August 27, 2024 2060 at a fixed annual rate of 3.003.050% payable in semi-annual installments on May 21 February 27 and November 21 August 27 of each year, with the first interest payment due on May 21February 27, 2018 and the last interest payment due on November 21, 20242021.

Fixed Rate of Interest. (i) The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding November 21June 23, 2024 2046 at a fixed annual rate of 3.004.70% payable in semi-annual installments on May 21 June 23 and November 21 December 23 of each year, with the first interest payment due on May 21December 23, 2018 and the last interest payment due on November 21, 20242016.

Fixed Rate of Interest. (i) The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding November 21December 2, 2024 2026 at a fixed annual rate of 3.003.527% payable in semi-annual installments on May 21 June 2 and November 21 December 2 of each year, with the first interest payment due on May 21June 2, 2018 and the last interest payment due on November 21, 20242017.

Fixed Rate of Interest. (i) The Notes will bear interest from the date of issue to but excluding November 21May 25, 2024 2021 at a fixed annual rate of 3.003.85% payable in semi-annual installments on May 21 25 and November 21 25 of each year, with the first interest payment due on May 21November 25, 2018 2016 and the last interest payment due on November 21May 25, 20242021.

Fixed Rate of Interest. (i) The Notes Debentures will bear interest from the date of issue Issue Date to but excluding November 21May 9, 2024 2023 at a fixed annual rate of 3.003.317% payable in equal semi-annual installments on May 21 9 and November 21 9 of each year, with the first interest payment due on May 21November 9, 2018 and the last interest payment due on November 21May 9, 20242023.
