Common use of Fixed Rate Notes Clause in Contracts

Fixed Rate Notes. (i) If this Note is specified on the face hereof as a “Fixed Rate Note,” for the period from the Original Issue Date, or from the last Interest Payment Date to which interest has been paid or duly provided for, as the case may be, the interest rate hereon shall be at the rate per annum stated on the face hereof until, but excluding the date on which the Principal Amount is paid or made available for payment. Unless otherwise specified on the face hereof, the rate of interest payable on this Note will not be adjusted.
