Common use of Fixed Payments Clause in Contracts

Fixed Payments. As consideration for the marketing rights granted to Vertical hereunder, Vertical shall pay to Argent certain fixed payments as follows. 8.1.1 a signing payment of Three Hundred Thousand Dollars ($300,000) due on the Effective Date; and 8.1.2 the sum of Nine Hundred Thousand Dollars ($900,000) to be paid in fifteen (15) equal monthly payments of Sixty Thousand Dollars ($60,000) each month commencing on the first day of the first month following the Approval Date for the Products.
