Fixed Holidays Sample Clauses
The Fixed Holidays clause establishes a set list of specific dates that are recognized as holidays under the agreement. Typically, this clause will enumerate the exact days—such as New Year's Day, Independence Day, or Christmas—on which certain obligations, like work or service delivery, are suspended or modified. By clearly defining which dates are considered holidays, the clause prevents confusion or disputes about scheduling, deadlines, or entitlements related to holiday periods.
