Common use of Fixed Compensation Clause in Contracts

Fixed Compensation. For the services to be rendered by the Employee under this Agreement the Company shall pay Employee annual fixed compensation (“Fixed Compensation”) as follows: (i) $78,000 per year (inclusive of any amounts subject to federal or state employment related withholding requirements) for the period commencing on the date of this Amendment and ending on June 4, 2013, and (ii) $91,000 per year (inclusive of any amounts subject to federal or state employment related withholding requirements) for the period commencing on June 5, 2013 and ending on January 18, 2016. Such Fixed Compensation shall be payable in arrears in equal weekly installments or otherwise as the parties may agree.”

For the services to be rendered by the Employee under this Agreement the Company Agreement, Employer shall pay Employee annual fixed compensation (“Fixed Compensation”) as follows: (i) $78,000 101,000 per year (inclusive of any amounts subject to federal or state employment related withholding requirements) for the period commencing on the date of this Amendment Effective Date and ending on June 4January 18, 20132016, and (ii) $91,000 116,000 per year (inclusive of any amounts subject to federal or state employment related withholding requirements) for the period commencing on June 5January 19, 2013 2016 and ending on January 18May 31, 20162018. Such Fixed Compensation shall be payable in arrears in equal weekly installments or otherwise as the parties may agree.”
