Common use of Fixed Compensation Clause in Contracts

Fixed Compensation. IndieBrokers will receive certain additional fixed compensation pursuant to a separate agreement with Masterworks, which is not tied specifically to this Offering or to any other specific offering, but a portion of which is deemed to be underwriting compensation for this Offering. Such additional fixed compensation includes, $15,000 per month for ancillary support services provided to up to and including twenty five (25) representatives.

IndieBrokers will receive certain additional fixed compensation pursuant to a separate agreement with Masterworks, which is not tied specifically to this Offering or to any other specific offering, but a portion of which is deemed to be underwriting compensation for this Offering. Such additional fixed compensation includes, $15,000 per month for ancillary support services provided to up to and including twenty five thirty (2530) representativesrepresentatives and $250 per month for supervisory services for each representative beyond thirty (30) representatives dedicated to working on Masterworks transactions.
