Common use of Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio Clause in Contracts

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of Ratio on the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 2.50 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower and the Subsidiaries will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter Fiscal Quarter for the four fiscal quarters consecutive Fiscal Quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 1.15 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower Credit Parties will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Ratio to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00, measured on the last day of each fiscal quarter of the Borrower and its Subsidiaries.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as As of the last day of any fiscal quarter for quarter, Borrower shall not permit the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio to be less than 1.25 1.50 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Parent Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the last day of any the fiscal quarter for ending March 31, 2024 and the four last day of each fiscal quarters ending on that datequarter thereafter during the term hereof, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.25:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio (i) as of at the last day end of any fiscal quarter for Fiscal Quarter through the four fiscal quarters Fiscal Quarter ending on that dateJuly 2, 2005 to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00:1.00 and (ii) as at the end of any Fiscal Quarter thereafter, 1.05:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as Ratio for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0one (1.25:1).

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that dateor after March 31, 2014 to be less than 1.25 1.50 to 1.01.00. For the avoidance of doubt, the calculation of the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2013 and the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2014 shall not include any EBITDA, taxes, Maintenance Capital Expenditures, Interest Expenses or Funded Debt of United Centrifuge.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not not, as of the end of any fiscal quarter, permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio for the four quarter period ended as of the last day end of any such fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than the following amounts for the following periods: (i) 1.25 to 1.01 for the period commencing on the Closing Date to and including December 31, 2002 and (ii) 1.35 to 1 thereafter.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 2.00 to 1.0.1.0 at any time

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Top Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for Test Period (commencing with the four fiscal quarters Test Period ending on that dateMarch 31, 2025) to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00.

The Leverage Ratio and the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio described in this Section 6.12 shall collectively be referred to as the “Financial Covenants”.

The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be (i) as of March 31, 2016, less than 1.25 to 1.0, (ii) as of June 30, 2016, September 30, 2016 and December 31, 2016, less than 1.15 to 1.0, and (iii) for all periods thereafter, less than 1.25 to 1.0.

The Borrower will not permit the Fixed --------------------------- Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, beginning with the fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that dateJune 30, 1999, to be less than 1.25 1.05 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of determined for the four consecutive fiscal quarter period ending on the last day of any each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that datequarter, to be less than 1.25 1.50 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower Borrowers and their Subsidiaries will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for Fiscal Quarter, based upon a rolling four quarters basis, beginning with the four fiscal quarters Fiscal Quarter ending on that dateMarch 31, 2008 to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00 for any Fiscal Quarter.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of Ratio for any four fiscal quarter for period (i) from the four fiscal quarters ending on that dateClosing Date through December 31, 2008, to be less than 1.25 1.10 to 1.01.00 and (ii) from and after January 1, 2009, to be less than 1.00 to 1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower Borrowers will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of to be less than 1.10 to 1.00 for any Fixed Charge Coverage Period ending during any Activation Period and for such Fixed Charge Coverage Period ending on the last day of any the fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, immediately prior to be less than 1.25 to 1.0any Activation Period.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower Borrowers will not permit permit, for the fiscal quarter ended December 31, 2000, and as of the end of each fiscal quarter thereafter, the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter Ratio for the four (4) fiscal quarters ending on that date, then ended to be less than 1.25 1.00 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will and its Subsidiaries shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage RatioRatio for any four-Fiscal Quarter period, as of beginning with the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters four-Fiscal Quarter period ending on that dateDecember 28, 2019, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.10:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower As of the last day of any fiscal quarter, commencing with the fiscal quarter ending March 31, 2022, the Company will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Ratio to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower Borrowers will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of Ratio for the twelve (12) month period ending on the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four of Borrower, commencing with its fiscal quarters quarter ending on that dateDecember 31, 2004, to be less than 1.25 1.10 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The As of the end of each Fiscal Quarter, the Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, calculated as of the last day end of any fiscal quarter such Fiscal Quarter, for the preceding four fiscal quarters ending on that date(4) Fiscal Quarter period then ending, to be less than 1.25 to 1.02.50:1.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as Ratio for any period of four consecutive fiscal quarters of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, Borrower to be less than 1.25 (i) 2.50 to 1.01.00 from the Closing Date until but excluding November 16, 2002 and (ii) 2.75 to 1.00 from and after November 16, 2002.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter, beginning with the fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that dateJanuary 3, 1999, to be less than 1.25 1.1 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day end of any fiscal quarter ending on or after June 30, 2003 and for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, then ended to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.50:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will Borrowers shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, determined on a consolidated basis for the Borrowers and their consolidated Subsidiaries, for the twelve (12) months ending as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that dateFiscal Quarter, to be less than 1.25 2.00 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will shall not permit the Fixed --------------------------- Charge Coverage RatioRatio for any period of four consecutive Fiscal Quarters, to fall below 2.25 to 1.0 as of the last day end of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.0each Fiscal Quarter.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.05:1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any each fiscal quarter for the four fiscal quarters ending on that dateor after June 30, 2016, to be less than 1.25 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will Commencing with the fiscal quarter ending December 31, 2016, and continuing on the last day of each succeeding fiscal quarter thereafter, the Borrowers shall not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter Ratio for the four (4) fiscal quarters ending on that date, such date to be less than 1.25 2.00 to 1.01.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower will shall not permit the its Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, Ratio as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for Fiscal Quarter through and including the four fiscal quarters ending on that date, end of Fiscal Year 2012 to be less than 1.25 1.65 to 1.01.00, and shall not permit its Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio as of the last day of any Fiscal Quarter thereafter to be less than 1.75 to 1.00.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio. The Borrower Borrower’s Agent will not permit the Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio, as of the last day of any fiscal quarter for the four consecutive fiscal quarters ending on that date, to be less than 1.25 (a) for the period from the Closing Date to May 31, 2008, 1.00 to 1.00, and (b) for the period from June 1, 2008 to the Term Loan Maturity Date, 1.15 to 1.0.

Fixed Charge Coverage Ratio.
