Use of School Equipment The Association shall have the right to use school facilities and equipment, including duplicating equipment, calculating machines, computers and printers and all types of audiovisual equipment at reasonable times, when such equipment is not otherwise in use.
STANDARD EQUIPMENT All items of standard equipment which are provided by the OEM shall be furnished unless such items are expressly deleted by the Authorized User or are specified to be other than standard in the Mini-Bid. SINGLE-USE PRODUCTS The Board of County Commissioners has established a single-use products and plastic bags policy intended to reduce the use of products which have become globally recognized as having lasting negative impacts on the environment. Neither single-use products nor plastic bags may be sold or disbursed on County property by staff or contracted vendors, except as set forth in Orange County Administrative Regulation 9.01.03. Failure to comply with the Regulation may result in termination of the contract or other contractual remedies, and may affect future contracting with the County. The use of reusable, recyclable, biodegradable, or compostable materials is encouraged.
Tooling Unless otherwise specified in this Agreement, all tooling and/or all other articles required for the performance hereof shall be furnished by Seller, maintained in good condition and replaced when necessary at Seller's expense. If NETAPP agrees to pay Seller for special tooling or other items either separately or as a stated part of the unit price of Goods purchased herein, title to same shall be and remain in NETAPP upon payment therefore.

Purchase of Equipment U.S. Forest Service funds may be used by the to purchase equipment necessary to accomplish activities described in this Supplemental Project Agreement. The available funding is displayed in the financial plan. Title to the equipment rests with the U.S. Forest Service, but may be transferred to the on completion of the project, if appropriate.
