Five-Year Facilities Work Program. (1) Amendments to the 5-Year Work Program. Amendments to the Work Program, other than the annual updates addressed in Section 2.2 of this Agreement, may occur only pursuant to the process set forth in Section 5.1.1 of this Agreement.
