Fiscal Year 2012 Unpaid Furloughs or Unpaid Closure Days. The Board of Trustees will not require unpaid furlough days or unpaid closure days for Fiscal Year 2012. Beginning in Fiscal Year 2013, unpaid furlough days or unpaid closure days may be implemented by the Board of Trustees in accordance with this Article.
